HOW TO DEVELOP THE CHILD’S TALENT FOR DRAWING?

Interest in drawing for each child is manifested at different ages. Someone just starting to walk draws patterns on the wallpaper, and someone reluctantly takes up brushes and pencils even in two or three years. But even if the child does not have talent and the desire for such creativity, it is still necessary to involve him in such activities. Drawing develops hand motility, perseverance, attention, thinking, and also allows the baby to learn how to express their emotions, analyze the world, etc. If you set a goal, you can develop a child’s talent. To do this, there are various methods of teaching children to draw. Moreover, it is quite possible to develop your own system at home after consulting with a specialist. WHEN AND WHERE TO START?
As a rule, experts recommend starting teaching children from 2 years of age. It was at this age that he began to show interest in this occupation. They are completely safe, do not dry out for a long time and are easily washed off. Using them is also easy. DRAWING IN PRESCHOOL
Learning to draw preschool children should already be more thoughtful, since this is the most critical period of development. At that stage, you can introduce children to the simplest types of non-traditional drawing, teach them to recognize and depict certain forms, and develop a sequence of actions.

Teaching children 4 years old already involves the use of both paints and pencils. It is very important that all materials are of high quality. Only in this case you will not stop the desire to do what you love. Agree that dull pencils or scattering brushes attract few people. It is better to buy brushes from natural materials – hair squirrels, ponies, goats. In the kit, the preschooler should have several such items of different sizes. Of the colors will be enough watercolors. Everyone chooses the number of colors at their discretion. But you need to take into account the fact that children at this age learn to mix different colors to obtain intermediate shades, so do not limit their imagination. It is better to take soft pencils, which without pressure give a good mark.

Teaching children the technique of drawing goes to school. They learn to hold pencils correctly, master the first elementary tricks – lines, circles, dashed lines, painting drawings, drawing circles without taking their hands off the sheet, etc. They also learn the rules of drawing with paints – how to hold a brush, which brush to choose for drawing a thin and thick line, how to paint over paints, etc. All this helps the child to improve his skills and make drawings better and more distinct.

SCHOOL TIME
Education for children 6 years and older is more extensive. Gouache is already being connected here, elements are becoming more complicated, the technique of plot drawing is being introduced. Children learn to draw complex drawings in several stages, using forms that took place earlier. For example, it can be a nesting doll, a dog, etc. With the help of gouache they can be offered to draw a rainbow, sea, sky.
